From Nancy C. Russell to Maurice Gale, March 18, 1936
Description
Letter by Nancy C. Russell to Mr. Maurice Gale; apologizes for being unable to furnish material on Charles M. Russell, using it for a book that is soon to be finished. Typed.
Trail’s End 725 Michigan Blvd. Pasadena, California. March 18th, 1936. Mr. Maurice Gale, Attorney at Law, 597 Fifth Ave., New York, New York. Dear Sir: Your letter of March 9th received. At the present time, I fear I cannot be of any help to you in gathering material for a history of my husband’s life and work as the material I have I am using for the very purpose you are seeking it. My book is about finished. You understand of course that I could not give ma- terial to any one until my work is completed. I am always glad to know people are interested in Charlie, the work he did and the life he led. Without doubt you have had great fun gathering material although it is rather an up-hill job. Charlie’s life is so full of color that no one person can cover it all. Sincerely yours,
