April 16, 1 9 2 6. Mr. W. S. Hart, 6404 Sunset Blvd., Hollywood, Cal. Dear Bill: Your letter, with the enclosed letter from the poor lady who has a supposed Russell, received. I will try to go down to Main Street and see what she has. Thank you also for sending the clippings from the Great Falls paper. That was a wonderful likeness of Charlie reproduced in it and I am glad it has gone to Sid Willis’ collection as he has such a representative lot of Charlie’s things. You won’t forget about your letter written by Charlie and illustrated because my book of Charlie’s letters will not be complete without that one written to you. So, when you go East and if it’s possible for someone to get it for you, please remember. I hope to have all the material in the publisher’s hands by the first of June. My kindest regards to Mamie. Sincerely, NCR; ed
