From Nancy C. Russell to Harry E. Maule, April 29, 1929
Description
Letter by Nancy C. Russell to Mr. Maule; requests the Maule reserve the first fifteen copies of the deluxe edition of "Good Medicine" for herself and several friends. Typed with the word "places" handwritten.
April 29, 1929. Dear Mr. Maule: For fear you have forgotten the conversation we had when I was in New York City, that I would like to have number one of the de luxe edition and that I had promised some of the people whose names I have sent in to you that they should have the books very close to number one, this is for your record. I would like to have you reserve for these friends of mine the first fifteen and I will give you their names and addresses >[handwritten] places> later, - just so that those fifteen would not be promised to other purchasers. All good wishes for the progress of the book. Sincerely, NCR:ED
