866 N. Chester Ave., Pasadena, California, February 21, 1 9 2 0. Hon. James W. Bollinger, 513 Putnam Bldg., Davenport, Iowa. Dear Judge:- At last I can report “The Three Wise Camels” are very nearly finished. Now you are supposed to love and cherish this picture more than any other you have, even more than your dog, because Chas. loves you so much he staid [sic] with this job until he finally conquered. Now, honest, there are few people he would do this for. He has had one gosh awful time, but you are going to get a good picture. I will have it framed without glass, then you get the glass there. We have seen Mr. and Mrs. Richardson, also Miss Edna Burdic. Chas. joins me in kindest regards. Sincerely,
