xxxxxxxxxxxxxx 6816 Odin Street, Hollywood, California, April 13, 1926. Grand Central Art Galleries, 15 Vanderbilt Avenue, New York. Mr. Walter L. Clark, My dear Mr. Clark: Your letter of March 9th has followed us around and finally been received at the above address. We are so glad you are going ahead with the plan to popularize small bronzes as prizes for golf, polo, etc. You did tell us about this plan when we were there in December. I am afraid the long delay in my receipt of your letter has made it impossible for us to get a figure to you that could be used exclusively for prizes, as everything that we have now has been sold to one or more people with an under- standing that the edition was more or less limited. If your 2 publication is ready to go to press and you wish to use as an il- lustration one of the figures you have in the gallery, do so but with the understanding that Charlie will model something that will be just for the prize bronzes, and in that way give you the ex- clusive sale on it. We would not put this particular model on the list of our limited ones. Will you let me hear from you if it is not too late and Charlie will get something ready for you. Please give me an idea of the size, and price that you think will be pop- ular for your xxxxxxxxx [presents.] prizes. xxx From your letter we understand that you prefer some grouping in which Charlie uses a horse. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxt xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Sincerely. [handwritten] I am enclosing photos of the last two Models-
