Description

From E.S. Barrie, February 25, 1927, letter about the upcoming Memorial exhibit, wants precise information about the bronzes in Nancy C. Russell's possession.

Transcript

February 25, 1927 Mrs. Charles M. Russell, 701 Michigan Blvd., Pasadena, California. Dear Mrs. Russell: Replying to your letter of the 19th, I am anxious to know how many bronzes of Mr. Russell’s you would have accessible for the Memorial Exhibition, which you suggest for next October and whether they are all for sale? I feel that we can hardly afford to put on an exhibition of things which are not for sale. Upon hearing from you in regard to this we can go more into detail of such an exhibition. With kindest wishes, Very truly yours, [signed]Erwin S. Barrie ESB:S Manager.
