Description

From Nancy C. Russell, January 28, 1914, $500 for copyright.

Transcript

Jan. 28, 1914. Mr. W. B. Campbell, Dorothy, Alta. My dear Mr. Campbell: Your favor of Jan. 23 to hand. The $1200.00 does not include the copyright of the Indian Burial painting. The copyright would be $500.00 more and Chas. didn’t think you would care about having it, but if you wish the copyright we will be glad to have you take it. It will be perfectly satisfactory to us if you wish to pay for the picture in three or four installments with interest as you suggested. [handwritten]X I will let you know when Chas. gets the picture well along- then if you could come and see it. We will be happy to see you in Great Falls any time. We are planning on going to England with some pictures maybe this spring. I will let you know before we expect to leave so as not to miss you if we can help it. Chas. joins me in kindest regards to Mrs. Campbell and yourself. Sincerely,
