From Nancy C. Russell to W.B. Campbell, April 12, 1917
Description
From Nancy C. Russell, April 12, 1917, "Indian Burial" is $1200.
A p r i l, T w e l v t h, Nineteen-seventeen. Mr. W. B. Campbell, Dorothy, Alta. Dear Sir: Yours of March 31st received. I will send you a copy of my letter of January 28th, 1914, in which I gave you the price of the picture. Charley is starting it and I think it is going to come along fine. “Your favor of Jan. 23rd to hand. The $1200.00 does not include the copy- right on the Indian Burial painting. The copyright would be $500.00 more and Chas. didn’t think you would care about having it, but if you wish the copyright we will be glad to have you take it. It will be perfectly satis- factory to us if you wish to pay for the picture in three or four install- ments with interest as you suggested.” Charley joins in kindest remembrance to you all. Sincerely,
