Description

From Caspar Whitney, April 2, 1908, what is the date of payment for "Buffalo Days"?

Transcript

W/D April 2, 1908. My dear Mrs. Russell: Our book-keeper is somewhat confused as to the date of payment of “Buffalo Days” which appeared in the February number. I wonder if you can help us out on this. The date of payment should be stamped on the back of the picture. Will you be good enough to let me know? Sincerely, [signed] Caspar Whitney Mrs. C. M. Russell, Great Falls, Montana.
