Transcript

[1] Oct 29th, 21 Dear Folks – Referring to the picture for over the fire place in our Russell Room, it is my belief that a poster on canvas copying as near as possible Charlies post card picture “ I savy these Folks – Here how to me and my friends the same to you and yours" would be fine and dandy- This would suit me to death and if it sounds right to you and Charlie why go right ahead – We had a [2] dandy summer at the ranch this year and our only regret was that you and Charly[sic] did not “Git[sic] down and come in” – Try it on next year if only for a week – Proud to hear the pictures are coming into their own – Truth and real merit allways[sic] prevail if given time enough. I do wish Charly[sic] could get this poster done before Christmas time as the room need’s that space filled up badly- Our kindest to you all [signed] Malcolm S. Mackay
