Transcript

June 1st 1925. My dear Mrs. Russell : I am so sorry that we did not have a chance to see the pictures. You know how much we both enjoy your husband’s work, but at the time you were here I was in the midst of LITTLE ANNIE ROONEY and did not have time to even read my mail. Have been working from twelve to fourteen hours a day on this production, so you can see that I have had to let everything else go. I do hope you will understand and that the next time you are in town you will let us know. Douglas joins me in kindest regards and best wishes. Sincerely, [signed] Mary Pickford Mrs. C.M. Russell, Great Falls, Mont.
