Transcript

May 4 1925 Mrs. Douglas Fairbanks Beverly Hills, California. Dear Mrs. Fairbanks : Knowing how much you and your husband like Charlie’s work, I thought possibly, you and he would enjoy seeing six new water colors which I am bringing to Los Angeles to be framed for a summer exhibition up here in Glacier Park. I will be at the Biltmore Hotel about one week, arriving there Thursday, May 7th. If you would like to see these pic- tures, drop me a card or message and I will be very happy to hop into a car and come out to your studio with them. You are not ex- pected to buy these things. Chas, is not coming down with me this time so I just want to show some of my husband’s new work to you because you folks like him and savvy what he is doing. Sincerely,
