Transcript

June 7th.1933.[sic] Mrs.Chas.M.Russell, Pasadena, Calif. Dear Madam; The picture “Bronk[sic] to Breakfast” went off all right on Monday. The reason for slight delay was that Saturday was a Government holiday and Customs were closed. This was annoying but could not be helped. I have a certificate for its free return to Canada which I hope will not be necessary however! I took the chief customs appraiser to view it in the packing case to be certain it left in good condition to his satisfaction. I trust for the sake of my client that my request ^your ^ re/commission has met with success . Every- thing went forward “collect” as per your guarantee on behalf of your client. Again thanking you for your part in the transaction or likely transaction. Yours very truly, [signed] [WSTJ] Miller
