Latrobe’s seventh diary is written from September 20 – December 31, 1833. One of the diary entries has a pencil sketch of what looks like the side profile of a human face. Latrobe's handwriting is very difficult to read, and the ink is faded on certain pages. Overall, Memoranda Seven is in fragile condition.

Note: Memoranda Nine is connected to the end of Memoranda Seven. Memoranda Nine is written from May 20, 1834-July 21, 1834. A sketch of a hand-built machine for the price of $15.20 is drawn in the May 26th entry. Later entries, starting in June, become very short--usually one-line reports only. On the final page of Memoranda Nine, there are three sketches, but it is difficult to see what the sketches are. Latrobe's handwriting is very difficult to read, and the ink is faded on certain pages. Overall, Memoranda Nine is in fragile condition.
