Description

John T. Cochrane's letter to Captain A. Pike. In the letter, Cochrane is in distress because the Choctaw business negotiations have fallen through, and the Choctaw refused to accept the bid. Cochrane is left without money, and he pleas with Captain A. Pike to help.
