Description

John T. Cochrane states he is ruined in his letter to Capatain A. Pike. The threat of approaching Southern soldiers, lack of food provisions, and disheartening monetary funds loom in Cochrane’s report. He also discusses the continued tenuous situation with the Choctaw.
