Letter from George S. Birnie in Fort Smith to John Drew in Webbers Falls. George asks if the list of warrants he provided are worthless. George also asks if there are any young Negro boys or girls that can be purchased at a reasonable price. George also asks that John inform him if he has a young yellow woman and child to sell.
