R. E. Blackstone was a merchant in Webbers Falls, Indian Territory. This letter of introduction was a character reference Robert Liner who had been charged with introducing liquor. Blackstone stated that Mr. Liner was a steady hard worker who was well respected and he believed Liner to be innocent of the charge. Letter signed R. E. Blackstone. Folder 524
