Description
R. Moore wrote from Foreman, Indian Territory to Mr. J. D. Yost in Ketchum, Indian Territory. The letter stated that he received the petition to starts an Anti-Horse Thief Association lodge at Black Jack School House. Moore thought there had been a mistake and asked Yost to contact him concerning the matter. Letter signed R. Moore Foreman P.O. Ind. Terry. Folder 575
