Translation: TOPAYVPANQVI, THE ELEVENTH INCA. The wise Conqueror conquered the Ecuadorian Provinces as far as Quito. He made a Law against liars. He established a Royal Council. He lived, according to his annals, 200 years. The Coya Mama Ocllo was his Wife. He was succeeded by his youngest Son because the older ones had already died.
