The man who owns this place wants to sell it badly, and wants us to help him find a buyer, Would you know of any one who would likely be interested in a place like this? he want $8000 cash [amount underlined] for it, I do hope he can get some person to take it, it is very cool and pleasant here in summer, and a good business place, if it had the lights, and some other improvements, In case
