Resolution offered by the Cherokee Council with signatures of Tribal members. Appoints Chief John Ross and others to negotiate with the United States Government for final adjustment of difficulties of the Cherokee Nation. They also reject selling tribal lands for five million dollars. Nine sheets of paper with handwritten text in ink on the recto of each sheet. Folder 161A
