Letter from Thomas N. Clark, Jr., Tennessee Merchant, to Ross. Reporting purchase of carriage, baggage hack, and horses for Ross but recommending boat travel because detachments with rain will put roads in "shocking order"; also comments on "vultures of Indian money."
