Letter from Commissioner of Confederate States to Indian Nations west of Arkansas, Albert Pike, at the Seminole Agency to Chief John Ross stating position the Confederacy would take on various matters under Cherokee stance of neutrality. Two sheets of paper the first sheet is folded with handwriting in ink on four pages; the second sheet has handwriting in ink on the recto and verso. Folder 1115
