Last will and testament signed by Chief John Ross in Washington. (Moulton) with affidavits of witnesses added August 7, 1866 by Daniel H. Ross and Samuel Loyd and J. B. Jones for Colonel William A. Phillips. Separate sheet dated December 6, 1870 on which George W. Painter, Deputy Registrar, certifies it to be a true copy. Also includes Letters Testamentary issued to Annie B. Ross and William Potter Ross. Six sheets of paper with handwritten text in ink on the recto of each. Folder 1308
