With "Harry" on back. Gilcrease Journal Vol. XX no. 2 Fall 2013 pg 11 notes the "C" on the back as a price/size code for McLoughlin Company, unable to confirm.

Pink, white, and gold valentine with butterfly and florals in center (violets and lilies of the valley). Inside: sketch of two birds and florals on branch with "My lips need not say it, already you know, I love you, I love you, it will always be so." In Glicrease Journal Vol XX No. 2 Fall 2013, noted to be in the "style of the George Whitney Company, Worcester, Massachussetts, athough it is unsigned" (see pg 7). No physical marking notes the maker.
