An incomplete and unsigned claim after 1836 of Polly Vann for two thousand fifty nine dollars and fifty cents representing the value of a saw mill and gristmill and other improvements on land in Georgia abandoned by her in 1833 and claimed by a U.S. citizen under the lottery law.
