Deed from D. R. Coody to F. H. Nash of 2 lots in town of Fort Gibson, February 21, 1870
Land was acquired when town called Keetoowhah was divide up and auctioned off. These two lots were acquired in auction by D. R. Coody for $116.00. Coody sold the property to F. H. Nash and was signed by acting Chief James Vann. Deed states that land cannot be sold to a non-Cherokee citizen. Folder 359
