This appears to be a photograph of Thomas Moran's circa 1858 Macbeth and the Three Witches, also known as A Highland Fantasy, currently owned by the Indianapolis Museum of Art, accession number 73.9.1. The painting was inspired by Shakespeare's Macbeth.

This appears to be a photograph of Thomas Moran's 1875-1876 oil painting "Fiercely the Red Sun Descending/Burned his way along the Heavens," currently owned by the North Carolina Museum of Art, accession number 52.9.34. The painting was inspired by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow's epic poem The Song of Hiawatha.
