Leather album page with a photograph of a bronze stallion chasing a coyote. Remarks include, "Coyotes in numbers will attack and kill young colts. Hence this stallion is protecting his bunch of mares and colts by chasing and often killing the coyote with one stroke of his front hoof on the coyote's back."

The Rip-Snorter, late 19th century - early 20th century
Two page leaflets, no 1 vol 1 printed and published at Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Written in pencil along the tip and right sides, 'This anonymous sheet was supposed to have been printed in the Sioux Falls Leader office in 1883. It was gotten out in the fight between Judge Brooklins and the late Senator, Pettigun who were mortal enemies. Ernest V. Sutton.'
