Description

Transportation Certificate came from the city of San Antonio, Texas. Certificate granted permission to transport the body of Milton Robinson from San Antonio, Texas to Illinois Station, Indian Territory and certified that he died from a non-contagious disease. He was listed as a 20 year old white male who died of pulmonary tuberculosis on March 21, 1902. The air-tight casket was shipped by Sloam and Hogy. Certificate was signed by F. Paschal, M.D., Health Officer. Folder 576
