It concerns the next Chief of the Cherokees and the other column headed "Vini to Mass Meeting" which has to do with several resolutions that were passed regarding rights of Cherokees and petitioning the principal chief to call an extra session of the National Council to get U.S. Government to negotiate a fair price for Cherokee lands....
