Georgia, and reports on the Secretary of War Lewis Cass who wants a removal treaty. Also says he has given a letter of introduction to Chief John Ross for John Dunlap from Scotland. (Moulton Vol. I, pp. 241-42 resembles this letter). Folded sheets of paper with handwritten text in ink on six pages. Folder 70
