Description Letter was written in the Sequoyah District, Cherokee Nation. Letter starts off with John telling his sister he lost her memorandum. John told her that Jim or John would be down in a few days and to send a letter by which ever came. He told her sister that he is doing well and hoped that everyone was getting along.
