Mr. William Roberson and Frank Vore were instructed to proceed and appraise the property and effects of the Jesse Foreman, decd., Estate. The document ends with the statement, "A true valuation of the same make to this office." The instructions were given under the hand of Judge Abe Woodall. Folder 415

One sheet of letter signed "Your affe E" (Appears to be the "Ellen" of Nov. 21 1853 document.) She refers to "Mary, a daughter crowded out of Mama's arms too soon by a son, Charlie." (Letter of Nov. 21, 1853). Ellen refers to a new born daughter "Mary." ([Mary Ross evidently is the recipient of the letter). One sheet of paper with handwritten text in ink on recto and verso.
