Milford G. Chandler was a collector of Native American artifacts and worked at the Field Museum in Chicago, Illinois. He was made an honorary member of several Native American tribes and was considered a good friend to the tribes. Folder 17

Written on front, "HIRI'S A.V.S. 95" Stamped on the back, "THIRI'S-AERIAL-VIEW-SERVICE PICTURES & POST CARDS VIEWS TAKEN FROM ANY POINT BUTTE, MONTANA" Hand written on the back, "10-9-14 to Mr+Mrs. C.M. Russell. This is a Military Court Room Scene. The Commission is seated in front of the flag Prisoners are seated to the right of them you will note the Guards O.K. for business".
