Transcription: ATAHVALLPA INGA XIIII. Y vltimo Elven-/cido Hijo de Mama Chachapoya Reyna de Quito aclamado por Rey/ del Cuzco, Fue vencido y prezo el desdichado Monarca del Conquis/tador D Francisco Pizarro, y despues degollado en Cajamarca,/ Hallase que fue Bautizado y se llamo Donjuan ATAHUALLPA./ El año de 1533.

Translation: ATAHVALLPA, THE FOURTEENTH INCA. And the last. The defeated Son of Mama Chachapoya, Queen of Quito. Acclaimed as King of Cuzco, the wretched Monarch was defeated and imprisoned by the Conquistador Francisco Pizarro, and afterwards beheaded in Cajamarca. He was Baptized and called Don Juan Atahuallpa. The year was 1533.
