Bound copy of the treaty between the Confederate States, Choctaw Nation, and Chickasaw Nation, July 12, 1861
Confederate States Commissioner Albert Pike concluded this eighty-seven page treaty between the Confederate States, Choctaw Nation, and Chickasaw Nation at North Fork Town in Creek Nation West. Although the treaty was concluded in Creek Nation West, there is no evidence in the document to indicate the participation of Creek Nation. Included in the document are signatures for the Confederate States, Choctaw Nation, and Chickasaw Nation. Folder 10

These are the original autographed journal and log of the 1631 expedition in search of the Northwest Passage by Captain Luke Fox.
