There are several letters between A. Harlan, on behalf of the $24,303.00 estate of a Chickasaw member Up-Pa-La and various Indian Affairs agents, especially N.G. Taylor, the Commissioner of Indian Affairs. There is also an Act of Legislative Council of the Chickasaw granting rights to J. Wes Parker, W.M. Guy, C.D....
