Rejected Act of National Council to repeal Act of 1854 and reinstate Act of Nov. 5, 1851; also to appoint delegation to protect Cherokees living on neutral land (Kansas) and free Cherokees from abuses under Intercourse Law and oppressive operation of Federal Court in Van Buren.
