Description

An unfinished letter from an unknown author to Colonel Carleton. At the top of the page, the name Governor H. Hamilton is written in pencil. In this letter, the author writes about the last vessel to sail for the season and mentions his time is very short to send off this post. He also discusses the Department of Indian Affairs.
